Inactive Residents

Sometimes residents join a town and go inactive directly after that. By typing /res info [playername] you see easily when the resident was last online.

The rule is simple: If a resident was not online for a whole month (30 days!), without telling any town staff members, town staff is allowed to tear down his house and keep the stuff as Town Property. This applies as well: Keep a proof of his absence. (screenshot)
